It is commonly stated that the 2nd Law of Thermodynamics should result in systems eventually going to a higher state of disorder. Nature, however, has found a way to organize molecules into extremely complex and ordered systems that make up living cells. These living cells then work together in a highly ordered way and make up complex biological systems such as plants and animals. Does nature break the second law of thermodynamics? Explain your answer in depth, citing articles from the literature.
